Anybody that is looking for low fat snacks, obviously is battling with snacking. I am not going to crave peanutbutter cups and reach for an apple. Let's be realistic here people. thanks again.

I am shocked, promoting sugar and fat in place of sugar and fat. What about fruit, vegetables, grains and how about combining those with MUFA's monounsaturated fat choices that will satisfy the craving, digest slowly and promote good health. The alternatives you show will still spike your blood sugar, then leave you feeling low and craving more. Try a mix of 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. olive oil, 12 almonds and 12 bittersweet dark chocolate chips. Satisfy cravings and boost energy at the same time!
