Get a super-powerful brainAccording to a new study as reported by BBC News, using the Internet can keep your brain young—for those aged 55 to 76, at least. (If it works on younger people, my brain must be down to about 5 years old, based on how often I'm online.) Researchers found that Internet search was a more brain-stimulating activity than simply reading. The lesson here though, in my opinion, is more about learning new things. This study is good proof that it's always worth challenging your brain. Personally, I'm thinking hard (and relearning my times tables) with Brain Age on my Nintendo DS. There's something about being graded—and competing against other members of your household—that makes you work harder, don't you think?
